Vistru Partners is a Seoul-based advisory firm connecting football careers, football markets, and the editorial conversation that holds the global industry together.
Football is, before anything else, a human practice. The careers, markets, and conversations that move within it deserve both care and rigor — care in the relationships, rigor in the reading.
Vistru Partners was founded by Seok Lim, who arrived at football from an unusual angle: more than a decade reading supply, demand, and risk across China, Korea, Europe, the US, and the Middle East as a steel market analyst, before becoming a FIFA-licensed agent and currently completing ISDE's Global Master in Sports Management and Legal Skills (Online). The disciplines compound — careful market reading, slow relationships, disciplined paperwork — the advisory's quiet competitive advantage.
Long-term advisory across the arc of a career. We work with players, head coaches, and technical staff on market positioning, transfer counsel, and the contractual framework that surrounds a working life in football.
In-depth football market analysis and strategic consulting for clubs, agencies, and industry institutions — anchored in our specialisation in Korean and broader Asian markets, and informed by years of commodity-market discipline.
A platform that connects industry insiders, specialists, and clients through long-form interviews and original analysis — published on Football Agent Lab and across our editorial channels. Our editorial work doubles as relationship architecture across the football industry.
V-FAVS is Vistru's proprietary valuation model, developed in-house. It combines quantitative market data with qualitative scouting judgement to read a player's market value, club fit, and transfer feasibility as a layered whole. Every Vistru recommendation — to scout, to pursue, to advise — rests on a V-FAVS analysis underneath.
Vistru Partners is not a one-person firm pretending to be larger. We are a network-based advisory, built on the conviction that the most useful counsel comes from the right specialist for each matter — and that recognising one's own limits is itself a form of expertise.
We hold the analysis and advisory at the centre — that is what we do, carefully, in our own voice. Around it, we collaborate with specialists whose authority is genuine and jurisdictional: a licensed agent for transfer negotiation, legal counsel for contract review, a financial advisor for tax and structuring, a regional partner for local market entry. Each engagement is composed for its own grain.
Football Agent Lab is operated and published by Vistru Partners — our in-house editorial platform. Through structured, multilingual interviews with players, coaches, scouts, sporting directors, performance specialists, and other football professionals worldwide, we surface the methodologies behind modern football work, and build the relationships that make advisory practice possible.
